This is petition u/s 482 Cr PC (528 BNSS) praying for quashing of FIR No. 285/2022 registered at PS Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi under Sections 186/353/283/34 IPC which is stated to be pending before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate (South), Saket Court, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter is listed before the learned Trial Court for consideration on charge on 30.05.2025. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to make his submissions on merits at the stage of charge before the learned Trial Court.

The statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners in the presence of the petitioners is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
