Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD, on advance notice, submits that the subject property is an old construction existing prior to 2012 and hence, is entitled to protection under NCT of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second (Amendment) Act, 2023.

Taking note of the aforesaid submission, the reliefs sought in the present writ petition cannot be granted.
