The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers: - "a) Quash the FIR bearing no. 0168/2022, registered at PS- Pul Prahladpur, Delhi u / s 498A & 406 IPC qua the Petitioners, the final report u/s 173, CrPC 1983, and the consequential trial taking place in Cr. Case No. 9785 of 2023, pending before the Court of Ms. Anam Rais Khan, Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (Mahila Court - 01), District - South East, Saket Courts; and b) pass such other and further order(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
