However, this Court takes note of the conduct of the petitioner of filing forged document i.e., rent agreement, before this Court for modification of order dated 04.12.2024, passed by the learned Additional and Sessions Judge, Special Judge (NDPS)-02, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi.
