% 21.01.2020 CM APPL. 2077/2020 (for correction in the order dated 5th December, 2019) 1.This is an application for correcting a typographical error in para 3 (i) of the order dated 5th December, 2019. In view of the submissions made therein, the application is allowed. Para 3 (i) of the order shall now read as under:

"3 (i) The Petitioner will be granted the benefit of 1st financial upgradation under the ACP Scheme from 9th August, 1999 for completing 12 years of regular service, irrespective of his not having completed the pre-promotional course at the time that he completed 12 years of regular service;"

2. The application is disposed of.
