The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 0137/2015 under Sections 409/420/467/471/120B of the IPC registered with PS Barakhamba Road and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The FIR in question was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. Respondent no.2 states that he has resolved all the disputes with the petitioners in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 26.02.2020 and has

no further grievances against the petitioners. 4.

Mr Arun Patil, authorized officer of the respondent no.3 bank (Punjab and Sind Bank) is present in the Court and is identified by the counsel for the respondent no. 3 bank. He states that the respondent no.3 bank has no objection to the FIR in question being quashed. He submits that the entire amount due to the respondent no. 3 bank has since been settled. 5.

The petitioners are present in the Court and are identified by their counsel. They also affirm that the entire dispute with respondent nos. 2 and 3 stands settled.

In view of the settlements made by/and or on behalf of the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent nos.2 and 3), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No.

0137/2015 under Sections 409/420/467/471/120B of the IPC registered with PS Barakhamba Road and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 8.

The concerned parties (petitioners, respondent nos. 2 and no.3) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of the statements recorded herein. VIBHU BAKHRU, J MARCH 13, 2020 MK
