This petition was filed for execution of an interim arbitral award dated 31st January, 2001. On 26th October, 2010, the counsel for the decree holder informed that the arbitration proceedings in which interim award was made had not concluded till then and sought adjournment sine die of this execution and which was allowed with liberty to the decree holder to apply after the arbitration proceedings concluded.

The decree holder did not apply for revival and the Registry of its own listed the matter on 15th December, 2015 and whereafter the matter has been listed several times but inspite of the same being shown in the Cause List, none has appeared.

Dismissed in default.
