The present petitions have been filed by the petitioners alleging wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the orders dated 18.03.2026, passed in W.P(C)18926/2025; W.P(C) 18944/2025; W.P(C)18992/2025 and W.P.(C) 18943/2025. The operative directions passed in W.P(C) 18926/2025 are as under:
"12. The case of the Petitioner being that he has not been allowed to vend at the concerned site. The Board has already taken a decision vide Minutes of Meeting dated 15th January 2026 to the effect that those persons who have challans prior to 27th October 2023 shall not be disturbed and that their cases shall be verified and a decision shall be taken.
13. Considering the order dated 25th February, 2026 passed in Danveer Yadav (supra), let his case be also examined by the TVC/Delhi Cantonment Board and the decision be communicated within a period of one month." 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice submits that a meeting of Town Vending Committee (TVC) / Delhi Cantonment Board (DCB) is scheduled today in which the requisite decision as mandated in terms of the aforesaid directions shall be taken. 3.
It is assured and undertaken that the decision as may be taken shall be duly communicated to the petitioner. Let the same be accordingly done. 4.
In the meantime, till the aforesaid decision is communicated to the petitioner, the vending activities of the petitioner shall not be disturbed. 5.
