Paragraph 9 of order dated 10.07.2025 shall now read as under: "...9. Accordingly, FIR bearing No. 349/2020 dated 06.07.2020, registered at Police Station, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, East District, Delhi, under Sections 308 of the IPC and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, subject to the petitioner depositing cost of Rs.10,000/- with Delhi High Court Advocates' Welfare Fund, within two weeks from date..." 5.
