The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the respondent be punished for violating the order dated 12.02.2020 passed in Crl. Rev.P. No. 896/2019 captioned 'Dr. Rajesh Kumar v. Rohini and Anr.'. 4.
The aforementioned petition (Crl. Rev. P. No. 896/2019) was filed by the respondent, impugning an order dated 02.07.2019 passed by the learned Family Court, wherby the petitioner was directed to pay monthly maintenance of ₹50,000/-.
5.
The above-captioned petition was listed on 12.02.2020 and this Court had clarified that the petitioner would continue to pay the monthly maintenance, as directed by the learned Family Court; however, arrears
could be paid in three equal monthly tranches. The first instalment was directed to be paid on or before 17.02.2020.
6.
Apparently, the respondent has not paid the maintenance as directed by learned Family Court.
7.
