The present writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide judgment dated 4th October, 2024 directing Petitioner No. 2 to provide financial assistance of INR 75,000/- per month to his wife, Petitioner No. 1 through bank account details to be furnished by Petitioner No. 1 or through a Demand Draft/Pay Order, after which, the Petitioners were directed to vacate the subject property and hand over the vacant possession to Respondent No. 3. In the said judgement, it was clarified that in case Petitioner No. 2 is unable to make such monthly payments, the responsibility to ensure payment shall fall upon Respondent No. 3. 2.

Applicant has filed the present application seeking permission to make the requisite payment to the Petitioner No. 1 through Demand Draft/Pay Order, in compliance of this Court's judgment dated 4th October, 2024. 3.

Ms. Shivani, counsel for the Petitioner, states that as per her knowledge, the aforementioned judgment of this Court dated 4th October, 2024 has not been assailed in the Appellate Court. 4.

Therefore, in light of the directions of this court and for the grounds and reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Respondent No. 3 is permitted to make the requisite payment to Petitioner No. 1 though the Demand Draft attached as Annexure-E of the present application. It is clarified that Petitioner No. 1 is at liberty to approach Respondent No. 3 to receive the said payment of the Demand Draft as per Annexure-E of the present application. Thus, the Respondents are now free to execute the order dated 4th October, 2024.
