A communication dated 19.03.2024 has been received from Sh. Harun Pratap, OSD-cum-Registrar to Hon'ble Lokayukta, GNCT of Delhi. 2.

The contempt in question had taken place when Sh. Harun Pratap was posted as ACMM, Central District, Delhi.

As per the above communication, the contemnors in the present case have duly tendered an apology in the open Court and the apology tendered by them has also been duly accepted on the same date by Sh. Harun Pratap. 4.

In view of the fact that the contemnors have tendered apology, they are discharged from the present proceedings while making it clear that the CONT.CAS.(CRL) 2/2022 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respondents shall be careful in future and maintain the decorum of the Court and would not indulge in any such activity inviting contempt. 5.
