The present application has been filed by the Respondents seeking revival of the present Petition.

A perusal of the record reflects that the hearing of the present Petition was adjourned sine die vide order dated 24.11.2022, passed by the Predecessor Bench of this Court in order to await the decision of the Supreme Court in S.L.P.(C) 20866/2019. 3.

Now, the present application has been filed by the Respondents seeking revival of the present Petition as the aforesaid SLP has been dismissed by the Supreme Court.

Accordingly and for the reasons as stated in the application, the same is allowed. The present Petition is taken on board. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
