% 13.03.2020 Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. Limited prayer made in the present petition is that the application of the petitioner institution for its recognition be considered in the next meeting of NRC/WRC to decide the same for issuance of formal recognition order. The grievance of the petitioner institution is that the application of the petitioner institution for its recognition is pending for quite some time before the respondents.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction to the concerned Regional Directors, NRC/WRC to deal with the said application of the petitioner institution at the earliest preferably in next meeting that may convene hereinafter.
