The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act,1971 seeks following prayers:- "c) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent-Contemnors for deliberate and wilful non-compliance with Final Order and Judgement dated 19.02.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 11401/2021 titled 'Maheshwari Devi v. GNCTD & Ors.'; d) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

The present petition has been filed challenging non-compliance of directions contained in judgment dated 19.02.2025 in W.P.(C) 11401/2021. 4.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that the aforesaid judgment was challenged before the learned Division Bench of this Court in LPA 845/2024, which was dismissed vide judgment dated 30.01.2025.
