The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 73/2026 of Police Station Tilak Nagar for offence under Section 6/10 POCSO Act read with Section 351(3) BNS.

In furtherance of last order, learned APP for State has brought to the notice of learned counsel for accused/applicant the order dated 08.09.2025 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Mohammed Rasal. C vs State of Kerala.

Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to file afresh before the Court of Sessions.

As requested, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
