By this joint application, parties informed that they have settled the disputes pertaining to this appeal as well as the suit from which the present appeal arose. In terms with the settlement, learned counsel for appellant has today handed over two Demand Drafts of Rs. 12,50,000/- and Rs. 10,50,000/- to the attorney of both respondents accompanying the learned counsel. Learned counsel for respondents on instructions submits that now no dispute remains pending between the parties, so the execution proceedings as well as the suit for the remaining amount shall be withdrawn within four weeks.

Accordingly, as requested the appeal is disposed of as settled in terms with para 4 of the application. Pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
