The petition has been listed on office note regarding request for appropriate orders for release of interest accrued on the amount of Rs. 1,13,46,500/- deposited with the Registrar General of this Court as per directions in order dated 13.03.2020.

The interest accrued may be released to the petitioner M/s KrrishRealtech Private Limited.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that amount of Rs. 1 lakh shall be deposited with the Delhi Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks after release of the interest accrued on the aforesaid amount.
