The contention of the petitioner regarding the jurisdiction of the single Judge relying upon rule position and the roster allocation must be raised before the Court/Bench, where the writ petition is pending. The said Court/Bench has the competence, power and jurisdiction to examine its own jurisdiction.

This being the settled position, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion either in favour or against the petitioner or the respondents. Dasti under signature of the Court Master.
