The present petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') seeks appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes and differences which have arisen between the parties in relation to the agreement dated 06.10.2016. A perusal of the averments made in the petition shows that an arbitrator has already been appointed by the respondent and the petitioner is primarily seeking termination of his mandate as also appointment of a substitute arbitrator. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition under Sections 14 and 15 of the Act. DigitallySigned By:MANJU BHATT 16:25:05
