The application has been filed on behalf of the modification/clarification of the Order dated 10.07.2024. 2.

It is submitted that in paragraph No.6 of the said Order, the Court has recorded that the Civil Suit of the plaintiff, has been dismissed. This was only a submission made by the plaintiff. His rights viz-a-viz his Civil Suit has not been adjudicated or decided in any manner by this Court. He is at liberty to pursue the remedy available to him, in accordance with law. 3.

The Application is disposed of accordingly.
