% 28.07.2016 The prayer in the writ petition is with regard to an employment in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital which is a hospital under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and needs to be adjudicated by the Central Administrative Tribunal. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT).

Learned counsel for the respondents state that in view of the interim order in favour of the petitioner, the respondents shall keep one post of „Staff Nurse on contract basis‟ vacant, till the matter is filed and heard by the Tribunal.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
