The present petition under Section 482 read with Sections 440/445 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks following prayers:- "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

A) Allow the petitioner for modification of order dated 26.02.2024 arising out of FIR no. 239/ 2021 u/s 21/29 of NDPS ACT & section 14 of Foreigners act, P.S Special Cell for deposit cash in lieu of surety and Kindly reduce the surety amount and B) Pass any such other orders in favour of appellant/ applicant as this Hon'ble Court may deem it fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application before the learned Trial Court at the first instance.
