The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the installation of a fresh electricity connection in the premises of the petitioner bearing No. D-7, Pvt No. Q-1/7, Third Floor, (left side flat) Srinawaspuri, New Delhi-110065.

Mr. Sharique Hussain, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions, submits that the respondents are willing to waive the objection taken by them in their communication dated 25th June, 2025 (Annexure A/1) with regard to the already existing connection at other flats on the same floor.

The petitioner will apply for a fresh electricity connection and the same shall be processed, subject to all codal formalities, within two (2) weeks from the date of filing of the application. 4.

The writ petition, along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
