Having perused the prayers of the petition, the counsel for respondents states that the respondents have never asked for any spot recovery or threatened the petitioner with arrest. 2.

According to respondent, they are carrying out the inquiry/investigation in accordance with law. 3.

Apart from above, whatever grievance is made by the petitioner in the petition, the same was never brought to the notice of the higher authority by the petitioner, allowing the said authority an opportunity to look into such grievances.

The petitioner has straightway approached this Court seeking directions.
