This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.355/2020 dated 14.12.2020 under Sections 498A/34 IPC registered at PS: Nabi Karim.

Respondent No.2 is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer SI Harsh Kumar, PS: Nabi Karim. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Pending application also stands disposed of.
