% 24.08.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) CM APPL. 9657/2020 (stay) & CM APPL. 13739/2020 (vacation of stay order dt. 13.03.2020) Mr. Chopra, ld. counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have arrived at a compromise/settlement and that, under the compromise/ settlement arrived at, the appellant had agreed to make payment of Rs.5,12,500/- to the respondent towards full and final settlement of all her claims including the impugned decree. Mr. Chopra also comes forward to submit that towards the achievement of compromise/settlement so arrived at, a bank draft favouring the respondent in the sum of Rs.5,12,500/- is also getting prepared today only and that, remittance of such amount shall be made to the respondent on or before 26.08.2020, when the execution is listed before the executing court and in pursuance thereof, Mr. Chopra, ld. counsel for appellant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the appeal. The
