The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1908 seeking issuance of writ of mandamus/certiorari or any other appropriate writ or direction thereby setting aside/quash the Order/Judgement dated 06.09.2024, passed by learned Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, New Delhi in TSA No. 13/2023 titled as "Huge Computers Ltd. Vs. State Bank of India & Ors." or directing the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal ("DRAT"), New Delhi to decide the Misc. Appeal No. 320/2024 titled as "Huge Computers Ltd. Vs. State Bank of India & Ors." expeditiously.
