% 07.03.2018 After making certain submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, submits that the petitioner intends to approach the concerned Labour Court for adjudication of the disputes by filing a petition under sub section (2) of Section 2A read with Section 10-4A of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. He submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the petition before the Labour Court. As such the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. VINOD GOEL, J.
