% 31.07.2019 Status report filed by the Nr. DMCL is taken on record. Para 4 of the status report reads as under:

"4. That the further deponent states that the inspection of the subject property was carried out on 25.07.2019 and it has been noticed that the part of the unauthorised construction at third floor carried out has been demolished by the owner / occupier himself and made unusable. The photographs showing the demolished state of the part third floor are annexed herewith as Annexure R-2."

The learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions states that the petitioners are satisfied that the demolition has been carried out by the owner / occupier. She also states that they wish to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition and connected application are dismissed as withdrawn.
