The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.736/2016 under Sections 323/452/342/506/34 IPC and Sections 9/11/12 of POCSO Act registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar. Status report is on record.

During the course of arguments it was informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR in question has since been quashed by the Co-ordinate Bench of HMJ Indermeet Kaur. Complainant, who is present in person, informs that the FIR in question has since been quashed.

In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application.
