The Petitioner prays for quashing of the order dated 11.02.2026, passed by DIG SHQ, BSF Raiganj, whereby the one-man Staff Court was directed to initiate Inquiry in order to ascertain facts as to how Shri Rajiv Ranjan AC, who was reverted to the rank of Inspector vide DG BSF Order dated 22.04.2025, is still performing the duties of Asstt. Comdt.

The Petitioner claims that such order is in violation of interim order passed on 01.05.2025 in W.P.(C) 5611/2025. 3.

The relevant extract of the order dated 01.05.2025 is reproduced hereinbelow: - "2. Depending upon the instructions obtained by the learned Counsel for the respondents, the Court will on the next date consider whether there is any requirement of granting time to the respondents for filing a counter affidavit.

Even though the petitioner has already submitted his reply to the impugned show cause notice dated 6 August 2024, taking into account that he is being sought to be reverted from the post of Assistant Commandant to that of an Inspector after almost five years, we direct that till the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. A perusal of the same reflects that on 01.05.2025, the Court had only directed the Respondents not to implement the order of reversion, if any. There is no stay against holding the Staff Court Inquiry which is only to ascertain the relevant facts of the matter. 5.

Thus, no ground for interference is made out. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
