The petitioners vide the present petitions under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C, 1973 seek quashing of cross FIRs No. 289/2020 and 330/2020 registered under Sections 354/354-A/354-B/506 IPC, registered at P.S. Fatehpur Beri, Distt. South, New Delhi and all proceeding emanating therefrom in view of the Settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.

A request for quashing of the FIR has been made on account of the Settlement inter se the parties. It is stated that parties are related and the FIR was filed for the fight which happened due to some misunderstanding. The Petitions are supported by the Mediation Settlement Deed dated 25.03.2022. The parties were able to amicably resolve the matter and the issues and undertake to bind by the Mediation Settlement Deed dated 25.03.2022.

The parties are present before this Court in person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 5.

Today, the complainants who are present in Court state that they has no objection if the FIR is quashed.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion and also the fact that the present matter is a family matter it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIRs in question.

Accordingly cross FIRs No. 289/2020 and 330/2020 registered under Sections 354/354-A/354-B/506 IPC, registered at P.S. Fatehpur Beri, Distt. South, New Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, without prejudice to the rights of the child. 8.

The petitions stand disposed of.
