% 08.10.2024 Present petition has been filed for quashing of case FIR no.0276 dated 31.05.2015 registered under Section 406/498A/34 IPC at PS Bharat Nagar and all the other proceedings emanating therefrom. Respondent No. 2 states that she is not willing to settle the matter and is not agreeable to the quashing based on the compromise. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition for quashing on merits in accordance with the law.

Liberty is granted.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All the contentions are left open.
