On 11.05.2023, learned counsel for petitioner/tenant informed the predecessor bench that the petitioner had passed away and accordingly, learned counsel was granted two weeks to file appropriate application. On 22.08.2023 also, counsel for petitioner/tenant assured to file an application within one week. Till date, no such application has been filed. 2.

As such, the petition has abated. Consequently, the pending applications stand disposed of. As requested copy of this order be given to both sides.
