This is a habeas corpus petition seeking production of Firoz Ahmed, missing since 25th February, 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dead body of the missing person has been recovered from Nala near Toll Tax, Pusta Road in the area of PS Sonia Vihar on 8th March, 2020 and the dead body has been handed over to the relatives of the deceased. 3.

Learned counsel for the State has handed over the status report which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed

CRL.M.A. 5434/2020 and the petitioner is pressing prayers (a), (b) and (h). 5.

Learned counsel for State submits that the prayers made in the application are in the nature of PIL.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a PIL with respect to the prayers made in the application. 7.
