The Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking directions to be issued to the respondents to provide her effective security and safety from the threats and activities of the respondent No. 5 and also to direct the respondent No. 2 to locate and arrest the respondent No. 5, for the purpose of ensuing her safety, as there is imminent threat to the life of the petitioner No. 1 and other persons as named by the respondent No. 5 in the whatsapp message and video messages, to petitioner No. 2. 2.

The Status Report has been filed by the respondent wherein it is submitted that on the directions of this Court, phone numbers of the Beat Staff, Division Officer and of SHO, Police Station Dwarka, Rohini have been provided to the complainants. the SHO to Ms. Ipshita Rawat, the complainant, who has stated that post 02.04.2023, she has not received any threats from the respondent No. 5, Pancham Singh Rawat, her husband. She has also noted the mobile numbers of the Beat Constable, Staff Division Officer and such SHO that she would convey any issue in future to the SHO.

The petitioner has sought protection from her husband but as per the Status Report, the due arrangements for her security, have already been made. Nothing more survives in the Petition, which is hereby disposed of. 4.
