% 22.08.2016 The learned counsel for the respondents submits on instructions that the letter dated 6.11.2015 and the instructions dated 5.7.2015 are under review and the issues raised by the petitioner in the present petition would also be considered particularly with regard to the requirement of having an EPF code in respect of contracts pertaining to repairs and maintenance by contractors employing less than 20 casual workers.
In view of the above, no further directions are necessary in this writ petition. The same stands disposed of.
