% 13.03.2020 CM APPL. 9798/2020 (Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed-off.

W.P.(C) 2808/2020 & CM APPL. 9797/2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent/ Municipal Corporation has been creating obstacles in its functioning as a parking site contractor in Greater Kailash-I, M-Block, New Delhi. The learned counsel for the said Corporation, who appears on receipt of an advance copy of the petition, states that the petitioner has not paid the requisite dues in terms of a letter dated 21.02.2020, alongwith interest thereon, in terms of the agreement.

Subject to the petitioner depositing the requisite amounts by 20.03.2020, in terms of: i) the aforesaid letter, ii) the show cause notice KUMAR 15:10:19

dated 22.07.2019 and iii) the agreement between the parties, this petition shall be treated as petitioner's representation by the Corporation and the same shall be disposed-off by 31.03.2020. The petitioner shall be heard by the Corporation on 26.03.2020.

The petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed-off in the above terms.
