After addressing arguments for some time on the maintainability of the present appeal, which is directed against a consent order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, Delhi, Mr. Dhamija, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the same, while reserving the right of his client to press the application for modification of the consent order, which is pending before the learned Family Court. 2.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present appeal is dismissed along with the pending applications.
