CRL.REV.P. 415/2024 & CRL.M.A. 9386/2024 Criminal Revision Petition under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners / revisionists against order dated 04.03.2024 passed by learned ASJ-02, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, whereby, directions were issued to ensure the entry of respondent at 2nd Floor of property No. A-34, Gujrawal Town, Part-I, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners / revisionists, at this stage, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh.
