By way of instant petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside the impugned order dated 14.02.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts (Shahdara) Karkardooma, Delhi in MT. Case No. 40/2023 tilted 'Ruchika Tandon @ Rachana vs. Akshay Tandon'. 2.
Vide order dated 24.02.2025, this Court had ordered that- "1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner herein is unable to pay an amount of Rs.33,000/- per month to the respondents as interim maintenance.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted that they were willing not to contest the present petition in case, the petitioner will pay an amount of Rs.33,000/- per month as interim maintenance.
3. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner will not be able to meet payment of the said amount as the mother of the petitioner is suffering from cancer and has many other expenses to take care of.

was again taken up at 3:00 PM.
5. In these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to clear the arrears of maintenance within two months.

Today, the parties have appeared before this Court alongwith their counsel. Both parties agree that the petitioner shall pay interim maintenance @ Rs. 34,000/- per month to the respondent(s). 4.
It is also pointed out that since the amount of Rs.34,000/- per month has been agreed between the parties, there shall be some arrears of maintenance which the petitioner shall have to clear. 5.
In these circumstances, it is directed that the arrears shall be calculated on the basis of maintenance to be paid @ Rs.34,000/- per month, and shall be cleared within three months from date. However, 50% of the arrears will be cleared within a period of 1 1⁄2 months and another 50% of the arrears will be cleared in 1 1⁄2 months thereafter. 6.
Both the parties state that they shall remain bound by the statements given before this Court.

In view of above, the present petition stands disposed of. 8.
