The petitioner Surinder Kumari has filed eviction petition bearing no. 635/2019 titled as Surinder Kumari V Gyan Devi against the respondent. 3.

The respondent after service of summons as per the Third Schedule of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, filed an application for leave to defend which was allowed vide order dated 24.12.2020, which was passed as per the law.

The counsel for the petitioner stated that in the eviction petition before the trial court, the evidence on behalf of the petitioner has already been commenced and the present petition can be disposed of with the direction to the trial court to conclude the trial preferably, within a period of 06 months.
