O R D E R

% 16.03.2020 This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.03.2020 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, West, Tis Hazari Courts in GP No. 17/2019.

The grievance of the petitioners is that by the application, the petitioners had sought temporary custody of the minor daughters during their school holidays from 10.03.2020 to 05.04.2020. By the Impugned Order the said application has been directed to be listed on 24.07.2020 and therefore, the relief sought would be rendered infructuous by the Impugned Order.

The learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice submits that the long date was given only at the behest of the parties who wanted to explore the possibility of arriving at an amicable settlement. The learned counsel for the petitioners denies this submission.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing the parties to appear before the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts on 19.03.2020. The learned Principal Judge shall take up the application of the petitioners for hearing on that date. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on the merits of the said application The respondent may file its reply to the application of the petitioner on the said date after supplying a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
