Appellant no.3 has joined the proceedings through video conferencing. He states that the arguments in the suit [CS(OS) 2198/2021 captioned Saurabh Suman v. Raftaar Productions Ltd. and Ors.] have been finally heard and the orders are reserved by the learned Commercial Court. 2.

It is seen that the appellants have filed the present appeal impugning an order dated 23.02.2024 passed by the learned Commercial Court in an application filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereafter the CPC) filed by the respondent and the application under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the CPC filed by the appellant. Since the final arguments in the suit have been heard and order has been reserved, we do not consider it apposite to pass any order in this appeal. 3.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
