Bail Appln.722/2020 Present petition is filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. read with section 482 Cr.P.C for grant of interim bail for a period of 90 days in pursuance to FIR No.117/2019 registered at Police Station Special Cell for the offences punishable under section 21/25/29 NDPS Act.

Keeping in view the serious allegations in the present FIR and also the MLC of the injured, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
