% 19.01.2017 On an application filed by the learned APP, trial court has permitted the prosecution to examine Ms. Deepa Verma, Senior Scientific Officer and Mr. S.K. Kaul, Official of Punjab and Sind Bank, Nehru Place as prosecution witnesses.

Report of Ms. Deepa Verma, Senior Scientific Officer is already on record. She is a material witness to prove the same. As regards Mr. S.K. Kaul is concerned, trial court has noted that he is also a material witness to prove the statement of account in the name of M/s. Ranbaxy Limited. These witnesses are material for the prosecution case and have been allowed to be examined by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi. I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the impugned order.

Revision petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
