The dispute between the parties in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 273/2025 arose under Plot Allotment Agreement dated 02.07.2013 in respect of residential plot bearing No. 129, Sector-1, Aditya World City, NH-24, Ghaziabad, U.P., allotted by the Respondent to the Petitioner and against which substantial payments are stated to have been made. 3.

The dispute between the parties in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 274/2025 arose under Plot Allotment Agreement dated 02.07.2013 in respect of residential plot bearing No. 130, Sector-1, Aditya World City, NH-24, Ghaziabad, U.P., allotted by the Respondent to the Petitioner and against which substantial payments are stated to have been made. 4.

In both the matters, this Court appointed the learned sole Arbitrator in Arb. Pet. Nos. 45/2023 and 47/2023, respectively. Pleadings were completed by the parties and after the 12 months' period expired, by mutual consent of the parties, Arbitral Tribunal's mandate was extended by six months. The extended periods have expired on 26.03.2025 and present petition has been filed for extension of time by 12 months. Learned counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that in both matters, cross-examination of CW-1 is to commence, which is not disputed by counsel for the Respondent. 5.

Issue notice.

Mr. Divyakant Lahoti, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions and submits that Respondent has no objection if the mandate of Tribunal is extended by nine months. 7.
