% 16.03.2020 CRL.M.A.No.5545/2020 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

CRL.M.C. 1439/2020 This is a petition for quashing of the FIR No. 368/2018 P. S. Tilak Nagar under Section 354D/341/506 Indian Penal Code, 1860. It is stated the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide the settlement agreement dated 17.02.2020. It is further stated both the petitioner and respondent no.2 were good friends but later some mis-understanding led to filing of the said FIR and since now both the parties have agreed and have amicably settled their dispute and differences, the FIR be quashed. The respondent no.2 alongwith her mother is present before this Court and both confirms the matter being settled between the parties.

In view of the submissions so made, the petition stands

disposed of alongwith the pending application(s), if any and the FIR No. 368/2018 P. S. Tilak Nagar under Section 354D/341/506 IPC stands quashed alongwith the proceedings emanating from it subject to a cost of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner in Delhi High Court Advocates Welfare Trust. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the settlement agreement dated 17.02.2020.
