Saket Court New Delhi as well as consequential proceedings. b) Pass any other or further order (s) as your Lordship may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice."

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates of hearing as well, i.e., 03.09.2024 and 06.12.2024. 5.
